1. Overview

At AstroNumeroVision, we offer personalized Astrology, Numerology, Signature Analysis, and Energy Guidance services.
All reports and consultations are created individually based on the customer’s provided details.
Since these are customized digital services, our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and compliance with industry standards.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Reports (Astrology / Numerology / Signature Analysis)

All digital reports (PDF format) are personalized and created manually.
Therefore:

• No refund is allowed once work has started on your report.

• No refund is allowed once the final report (PDF) is delivered, regardless of the outcome or interpretation.

• No refund is allowed if the customer shares incorrect details (name, DOB, time, place, signature, etc.).

• No refund is allowed for delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer details.

Important Note:

Digital astrology and numerology reports are classified as non-returnable digital goods, and therefore chargebacks, cancellations, or refund claims after delivery are not permitted.

3. Refund Policy for Consultations (Call/Video Call)

Consultation slots are reserved in advance; therefore:

• If cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, you may receive:

  • A full refund, OR

  • A free rescheduling (one time only).

• If cancelled within 24 hours, the booking fee becomes non-refundable.

• If the customer does not attend the session (no-show), no refund will be provided.

• Once the consultation is completed, no refund can be issued.

4. Non-Refundable Services

The following services cannot be refunded under any circumstance:

• Astrology Reports (PDF)

• Numerology Reports (PDF)

• Name Correction Analysis

• Signature Analysis Reports

• Completed Consultations

• Remedies & Energy Guidance

• Services where work has already started

These services involve time, expertise, and customized effort, which cannot be reversed or reused.

5. Exceptions (Refunds Allowed Only in These Cases)

A refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally.

• Payment completed, but order not processed yet.

• Technical error where the amount is deducted but no confirmation received.

In such cases, the refund amount will be returned to the original payment method.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

• Processing time may vary depending on your bank, UPI app, or payment provider.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your service request only if:

• Work has not begun on your report, or

• Your consultation is more than 24 hours away.

Once work begins or a session is completed, cancellations are not permitted.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information including:

• Date of Birth

• Time of Birth

• Place of Birth

• Full Name

• Signature sample (if applicable)

• Contact details

Incorrect information may affect the report outcome, and refunds will not be granted for inaccuracies provided by the customer.
