You can select your preferred service on the Services page and click the “Book Now” button. After payment, we will contact you to collect your details.

2. How are the reports delivered?

All reports are delivered in PDF format through Email or WhatsApp within the mentioned delivery timeline.

3. What information do I need to provide?

Depending on your service, you may need to provide:

• Date of Birth

• Time of Birth

• Place of Birth

• Full Name

• Signature sample (for signature analysis)

4. Do you guarantee predictions?

No. Astrology and Numerology are interpretation-based sciences. We provide guidance, not guaranteed predictions.

5. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
In short:

• No refunds after the report work has started or delivered

• No refunds after consultation completion

• Duplicate payments are refunded

• Consultation cancelled 24 hours before session → eligible for refund/reschedule

6. How long does it take to receive my report?

Delivery timeline depends on the service:

• Astrology Report: 3–5 working days

• Numerology Report: 2–4 working days

• Signature Analysis: 1–2 working days

• Remedies: Same day

7. Are my details kept confidential?

Yes. Your personal information is kept 100% confidential and protected as per our Privacy Policy.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through secure payment gateways.

9. Do you offer face-to-face consultations?

All consultations are conducted online via audio or video call.

10. Can I reschedule my consultation?

Yes. You may reschedule once if done 24 hours before the scheduled time.
